Antam Gold Price Rises Rp15,000, Buyback Surges Rp35,000

The price of gold produced by PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) Tbk strengthened on Thursday (30/7/2026). Citing data from Antam’s official website, the price of 1 gram of Antam precious metal gold was set at Rp2,616,000 per bar, an increase of Rp15,000 compared to the previous trading day. This increase partially recovers from the previous day’s decline, pushing the price back above the Rp2.6 million per gram level. In line with this, the buyback price also rose. The buyback price today stands at Rp2,381,000 per gram, a surge of Rp35,000. It should be noted that purchases of Antam gold bars are subject to Article 22 Income Tax of 0.25% for holders of a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and 0.5% for non-NPWP holders. Meanwhile, for Antam gold buyback transactions exceeding Rp10 million, an Article 22 Income Tax of 1.5% is applied for NPWP holders and 3% for non-NPWP holders. The tax is deducted directly from the total buyback value.
