Antam Gold Price Rises by IDR 8,000 Today, Still Below IDR 3 Million

Jakarta — The gold price produced by PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) Tbk., known as Antam Precious Metal gold, strengthened in today’s trading on Wednesday, 18 March 2026.

According to data from PT Antam’s official website logammulia.com at 09:00 WIB, at the LM Graha Dipta Pulo Gadung gold boutique in Jakarta, the price of 1 gram gold bars today was quoted at IDR 2,996,000 per bar, or up IDR 8,000 compared to the previous trading session.

This price increase came as good news following Monday’s trading, when Antam Precious Metal gold fell IDR 4,000 to IDR 2,988,000 per gram.

Furthermore, the buyback price or repurchase price of Antam gold also experienced an increase. Today the buyback price stood at IDR 2,748,000 per gram, or up IDR 8,000 compared to the previous trading session.

The movement in Antam Precious Metal gold prices did not align with global gold. According to Refinitiv data, gold closed at USD 5,004.38 per troy ounce or declining 0.02 per cent during Tuesday’s trading (17 March 2026).

This weakness prolonged gold’s suffering with a decline of 3.6 per cent over five consecutive days. Gold prices remained weak today. On Wednesday (18 March 2026) at 06:21 WIB, gold weakened slightly by 0.11 per cent to USD 4,998.97 per troy ounce.
