Antam Gold Price Fluctuates Weekly, Tends to Weaken Towards the Weekend

Jakarta, Kompas.com – The price of Antam gold has fluctuated over the past week, with a tendency to weaken towards the weekend.

Based on the official Logam Mulia website, on Monday (11/5/2026), the price of 1 gram of Antam gold was at IDR 2,819,000, down IDR 20,000 from the previous trading day which was IDR 2,839,000 per gram.

The buyback price of Antam gold also decreased to IDR 2,626,000 per gram or a decrease of IDR 18,000 compared to Saturday (9/5/2026).

Meanwhile, the buyback price of Antam gold increased by IDR 50,000 per gram from IDR 2,626,000 to IDR 2,676,000 per gram.

On Wednesday (13/5/2026), the price movement corrected again. The price of Antam gold decreased by IDR 20,000 per gram to IDR 2,839,000 from previously IDR 2,859,000 per gram. The buyback price also decreased by IDR 20,000 per gram to IDR 2,656,000 per gram.

Thursday (14/5/2026), the price of Antam gold was monitored to be stable. The price of 1 gram of gold remained at IDR 2,839,000 per gram. Meanwhile, the buyback price also did not change and remained at IDR 2,656,000 per gram.

The buyback price of Antam gold also decreased by IDR 20,000 per gram from IDR 2,656,000 to IDR 2,636,000 per gram.

Entering the weekend, Saturday (16/5/2026), the price of Antam gold corrected quite deeply. The price of Antam gold decreased by IDR 50,000 per gram from IDR 2,819,000 to IDR 2,769,000 per gram.

Meanwhile, the buyback price of Antam gold also plummeted by IDR 60,000 per gram from IDR 2,636,000 to IDR 2,576,000 per gram.

Overall, the price of Antam gold decreased by IDR 50,000 per gram in a week, from IDR 2,819,000 on Monday (11/5/2026) to IDR 2,769,000 on Saturday (16/5/2026).

The largest daily decline occurred on Saturday (16/5/2026) with a correction of IDR 50,000 per gram. Meanwhile, the largest increase occurred on Tuesday (12/5/2026) when the price of gold increased by IDR 40,000 per gram.

The buyback is the price received by the owner of gold when selling Antam gold back to Logam Mulia.
