Antam Gold Price Falls Today, Buyback Price Also Corrects

JAKARTA — The price of gold bars from PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) has corrected again on Thursday (9/4/2026). The gold price fell by Rp50,000 to Rp2,850,000 per gram from the previous level of Rp2,900,000 per gram.

This decline is also followed by the buyback price, which dropped to Rp2,605,000 per gram. These prices may change at any time following global market dynamics.

In transactions, the sale of gold bars is subject to tax in accordance with PMK Number 34/PMK.10/2017. For buybacks above Rp10 million, PPh Article 22 is imposed at 1.5 percent for NPWP holders and 3 percent for non-NPWP holders.

Meanwhile, the purchase of gold bars is also subject to PPh 22 at 0.45 percent for NPWP holders and 0.9 percent for non-NPWP holders. Every transaction is accompanied by a tax withholding receipt.
