Antam Gold Price Falls by Rp 15,000 per Gram

The price of 24-carat Antam gold fell by Rp 15,000 per gram to Rp 2,769,000 per gram in today’s trading. According to the Logam Mulia Antam website, on Thursday (30/4/2026), the price for the smallest unit of 0.5 grams stands at Rp 1,434,500. Meanwhile, 10 grams of gold is sold for Rp 27,185,000, and the largest size of 1,000 grams (1 kg) is priced at Rp 2,709,600,000. Over the past week, Antam gold prices have fallen within the range of Rp 2,805,000 to Rp 2,769,000 per gram. In the last month, prices have also declined from Rp 2,807,000 to Rp 2,769,000 per gram. On the other hand, the buyback price for gold has dropped by Rp 24,000 per gram to Rp 2,549,000 per gram. The buyback price applies when selling gold, with Antam purchasing it at that rate. It is known that under Ministry of Finance Regulation (PMK) No. 81 of 2024, every buyback transaction valued above Rp 10,000,000 is subject to Article 22 Income Tax (PPh) at 1.5%. This PPh Article 22 will be deducted directly from the total transaction value at the time of the buyback.
