Antam Gold Price Falls by Rp 15,000 Over the Week, Buyback Also Weakens

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The price of Antam gold has moved fluctuatively over the past week, with a tendency to weaken at the beginning of the week before gradually recovering towards the end of the week.

According to the official Logam Mulia website, on Monday (20/4/2026), the Antam gold price plunged by Rp 44,000 per gram to Rp 2,840,000 per gram, from the previous Rp 2,884,000 per gram. The Antam gold buyback price also fell by Rp 41,000 per gram from Rp 2,681,000 to Rp 2,640,000 per gram.

On Tuesday (21/4/2026), the Antam gold price strengthened again with an increase of Rp 40,000 per gram to Rp 2,880,000 per gram. The buyback price also rose by Rp 50,000 per gram to Rp 2,690,000 per gram.

The downward trend continued on Thursday (23/4/2026). The Antam gold price fell by Rp 25,000 per gram to Rp 2,805,000 per gram. The buyback price also dropped by Rp 30,000 per gram to Rp 2,610,000 per gram.

On Friday (24/4/2026), the Antam gold price experienced no change and remained at Rp 2,805,000 per gram. The buyback price also stagnated at Rp 2,610,000 per gram.

Towards the end of the week, on Saturday (25/4/2026), the Antam gold price rose again by Rp 20,000 per gram to Rp 2,825,000 per gram. The Antam gold buyback price also strengthened by Rp 26,000 per gram to Rp 2,636,000 per gram.

Meanwhile, the Antam gold buyback price also experienced a decline of Rp 4,000 per gram, from Rp 2,640,000 to Rp 2,636,000 per gram over the same period.

Buyback refers to the price received by gold owners when reselling Antam gold to Logam Mulia.
