Tax deductions on gold purchases are in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation No. 34/PMK.10/2017, with purchases of gold bars subject to Article 22 Income Tax of 0.45 percent for NPWP holders and 0.9 percent for non-NPWP holders. Every purchase of gold bars is accompanied by an Article 22 Income Tax withholding receipt.
