Antam gold price drops Rp18,000 to Rp2.655 million per gram on Wednesday

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The price of Antam gold monitored from the Logam Mulia website in Jakarta on Wednesday at 09.15 WIB fell by Rp18,000 from Rp2,673,000 to Rp2,655,000 per gram. The buyback price for Antam gold also dropped to Rp2,372,000 per gram. Antam gold prices are subject to change at any time. Sales transactions are subject to tax deductions in accordance with PMK No. 34/PMK.10/2017 for all types of gold from 1 gram to 1,000 grams (1 kilogram). The resale of gold bars to PT Antam Tbk with a nominal value exceeding Rp10 million is subject to Income Tax (PPh) Article 22 of 1.5 percent for holders of a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and 3 percent for non-NPWP holders. PPh 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total buyback value. The latest prices for gold bar denominations recorded on the Logam Mulia Antam website are: 0.5 gram: Rp1,377,500; 1 gram: Rp2,655,000; 2 grams: Rp5,250,000; 3 grams: Rp7,850,000; 5 grams: Rp13,050,000; 10 grams: Rp26,045,000; 25 grams: Rp64,987,000; 50 grams: Rp129,895,000; 100 grams: Rp259,712,000; 250 grams: Rp649,015,000; 500 grams: Rp1,297,820,000; and 1,000 grams: Rp2,595,600,000. Tax deductions on gold purchases follow PMK Number 34/PMK.10/2017, with gold bar purchases subject to PPh 22 of 0.45 percent for NPWP holders and 0.9 percent for non-NPWP holders. Every gold bar purchase is accompanied by a PPh 22 withholding receipt.
