Antam Gold Continues Decline, Now at Rp2.668 Million per Gram
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The price of Antam gold, monitored on the Logam Mulia website from Jakarta on Saturday at 09.08 WIB, has continued its decline since 18 June, now dropping by Rp5,000 from the previous Rp2,673,000 to Rp2,668,000 per gram.
Similarly, the buyback price has also fallen to Rp2,401,000 per gram.
Antam gold prices are subject to change at any time.
Selling transactions are subject to tax deductions, in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 34/PMK.10/2017 for all types of gold ranging from 1 gram to 1,000 grams (1 kilogram).
Reselling gold bars to PT Antam Tbk with a nominal value exceeding Rp10 million is subject to Income Tax (PPh) Article 22 of 1.5 percent for holders of a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and 3 percent for non-NPWP holders. PPh 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total buyback value.

Tax deductions on gold purchases, in accordance with PMK Number 34/PMK.10/2017, impose PPh 22 of 0.45 percent for NPWP holders and 0.9 percent for non-NPWP holders on gold bar purchases. Every purchase of gold bars is accompanied by a PPh 22 withholding receipt.
