PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) has set a total dividend distribution plan worth Rp5.04 trillion, reaching 70% of the net profit obtained by the mining issuer in 2025. The policy was decided at Antam’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 Financial Year in Jakarta on Wednesday (10/6/2026).

“As a manifestation of the company’s commitment to creating added value for shareholders, the 2025 RUPST approved a dividend distribution of Rp5.04 trillion, or 70% of the 2025 net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity,” said Antam President Director Untung Budiharto in a statement confirmed in Jakarta on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Rp2.26 trillion, or 30% of the net profit, was designated as retained earnings to support business development, strengthen business fundamentals, and implement various strategic projects for the company going forward.

Untung stated that the dividend distribution decision was supported by Antam’s operational and financial performance, which recorded the best achievements in the company’s history. “Amidst global market dynamics and industry challenges, Antam succeeded in recording the best operational and financial performance in the company’s history,” Untung added.

In 2025, Antam booked revenue of Rp84.64 trillion, an increase of 22% compared to the previous year. In the same year, the company also recorded a net profit of Rp7.92 trillion, growing significantly by 106% compared to the 2024 achievement.

Untung said this achievement was attained amidst global challenges marked by commodity price volatility and macroeconomic uncertainty. The company’s positive performance was supported by commodity portfolio optimisation, improved operational performance, effective cost management, and strengthened execution of a focused business strategy to create sustainable added value.

Antam is also continuously strengthening its long-term growth foundation through the development of various downstream projects and mineral value chain integration. “This achievement reflects the strength of the business fundamentals, the effectiveness of strategies executed with discipline, and the commitment of all Antam personnel in optimising the potential of national mineral resources to create sustainable added value for all stakeholders,” said Untung.

This step is in line with the national development agenda, particularly the fifth Astacita goal, which focuses on the downstream processing and industrialisation of natural resources to increase domestic added value and strengthen national industrial competitiveness.
