Antam Distributes Rp5.04 Trillion in Dividends, 70% of Net Profit
PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) Tbk (ANTM), a member of the Mining Industry Holding MIND ID, has officially approved a total dividend distribution of Rp5.04 trillion. This amount is equivalent to 70% of the net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity for the 2025 financial year. The strategic decision was reached during Antam’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held in Jakarta on Wednesday, 10 June 2026. President Director of Antam, Untung Budiharto, stated that the policy reflects the company’s appreciation and commitment to providing optimal added value for shareholders. “As a manifestation of the company’s commitment to creating added value for shareholders, the RUPST 2025 approved a dividend payout of Rp5.04 trillion, or 70% of the 2025 net profit,” Untung said in an official statement in Jakarta on Thursday, 11 June. Untung explained that the substantial dividend was supported by the company’s record-breaking financial performance. In 2025, Antam posted revenue of Rp84.64 trillion, a 22% increase compared to the previous year. Net profit also saw significant growth, reaching Rp7.92 trillion, a 106% surge compared to the 2024 figure. “Amidst global market dynamics and industry challenges, Antam succeeded in recording its best operational and financial performance. This achievement was attained through commodity portfolio optimisation, effective cost management, and disciplined business strategy execution,” Untung added. In addition to the dividend distribution, Antam allocated the remaining net profit of Rp2.26 trillion as retained earnings. These funds are earmarked to strengthen the company’s business fundamentals and support ongoing downstream projects and mineral value chain integration. This downstream strengthening initiative is claimed to be in line with the national development agenda, specifically the fifth point of Astacita, which emphasises the downstream processing and industrialisation of natural resources. The objective is to increase the added value of domestic mineral commodities and bolster the competitiveness of national industries on the global stage. “This achievement reflects the strength of our business fundamentals in creating sustainable added value for all stakeholders,” Untung concluded.
