PT Antam (Persero) Tbk has distributed cash dividends of Rp 5.05 trillion for the 2025 financial year, marking a 38 percent increase from the Rp 3.65 trillion paid out in 2024. President Director Untung Budiharto stated that the payment creates long-term value for shareholders. “The total dividend distributed is equivalent to 70 percent of the net profit attributable to the parent entity,” he said in a written statement on Friday, 17 July 2026. The cash dividend was paid on 10 July 2026, following the decision of Antam’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2025 financial year. The dividend amounted to Rp 209.98 per share, or the equivalent of Rp 1,049.94 per CHESS Depository Interest (CDI) for CDI holders on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The company’s shares on the ASX are traded in the form of CDIs, with one CDI unit equivalent to and exchangeable for five Series B common shares of Antam. Antam consistently strives to deliver added value to shareholders through cash dividend distributions at least once a year. “Furthermore, this dividend distribution also reflects the company’s tangible contribution to national economic growth,” Untung added. The company’s minimum dividend policy is set at 30 percent of net profit after tax, unless the General Meeting of Shareholders decides otherwise. Management considers this policy a reflection of the company’s consistency in providing returns to shareholders while taking into account its financial position, needs, and business development.
