Jakarta - PT Aneka Tambang, also known as Antam, has set a total dividend distribution plan of Rp5.04 trillion, representing 70 percent of the net profit earned by the mining company in 2025. The policy was decided at PT Antam’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for the 2025 financial year, held in Jakarta on Wednesday (10/6/2026).

“As a manifestation of the company’s commitment to creating added value for shareholders, the 2025 AGM approved a dividend distribution of Rp5.04 trillion, or 70 percent of the net profit for the 2025 financial year attributable to owners of the parent entity,” said Antam’s President Director, Untung Budiharto, in a statement confirmed in Jakarta on Thursday (11/6/2026).

Meanwhile, Rp2.26 trillion, or 30 percent of the net profit, was designated as retained earnings to support business development, strengthen the company’s business fundamentals, and implement various strategic projects in the future. Untung stated that the dividend decision was supported by Antam’s operational and financial performance, which recorded the best achievements in the company’s history.

“Amidst global market dynamics and industry challenges, Antam has successfully recorded the best operational and financial performance in the company’s history,” Untung added. In 2025, Antam posted revenue of Rp84.64 trillion, an increase of 22 percent compared to the previous year.
