Antam (ANTM) CEO Reveals Dividend Distribution Plans, Here's the Leaked Info

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (ANTM) or ANTAM has revealed its plans for dividend distribution to investors. ANTAM’s Director of Finance and Risk Management, Arianto Sabtonugroho Rudjito, stated that there are requests to raise the dividend payout ratio (DPR). “In recent years, major shareholders have requested a higher payout ratio. Management will clearly prepare the company for whatever dividend payout ratio is requested by the major shareholders,” Arianto said during the ANTAM first-quarter 2026 performance press conference on Wednesday (29/4/2026). Arianto also emphasised that no matter what the dividend ratio is, it will not disrupt the company’s operations. Furthermore, Arianto said the company’s performance will be fine even with larger dividend payments. “Once again, to reaffirm management’s opinion and position, whatever the DPR is, we believe the company is in a good position, not only to meet the demands of major shareholders but also to continue its growth plans in the investment plan,” he said. In addition, Arianto stated that the company with the stock code ANTM currently plans a DPR of 50%. “In our budget, the dividend payment is 50% of the previous year’s net profit,” he said.
