PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in a hybrid format on Tuesday (2/6/2026). The integrated nickel producer reported that shareholders approved all six items presented during the meeting.

This approval underscores INCO’s financial discipline, commitment to long-term growth, and corporate governance amidst challenging global nickel price dynamics. Throughout 2025, INCO demonstrated solid operational resilience, booking a net profit of US$76 million, representing a 32 per cent increase compared to the previous year. This performance was supported by a 4 per cent growth in revenue, reaching US$990 million. INCO also recorded an EBITDA of US$228 million, while the cash cost of sales for nickel matte remained relatively stable.

The dividend represents a payout ratio of 60 per cent of the 2025 fiscal year net profit. Dividends will be distributed to shareholders of record as of 12 June 2026, with payment scheduled for 26 June 2026. The remainder of INCO’s net profit will be recorded as retained earnings, which will be utilised to support the company’s development.

Furthermore, shareholders approved the appointment of Kristina Gauthier as Vice President of the Board of Commissioners. The AGM also approved the appointments of Patricia Renee Pegues and Adam MacMillan as Commissioners.
