Citing the Instagram account of DKI Jakarta’s Transportation Agency @dishubdkijakarta, Saturday (2 May 2026), here are the time and location for KLG registration tomorrow.

  • Day, date: Sunday, 3 May 2026 (registration closes after the queue quota is met)

  • Time: 06:00-10:00 WIB

  • Location: Bundaran HI (in front of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel)

This service is dedicated to:

  • New registrants

  • Elderly category (aged 60 and above) and disabilities

*Note:

  • Maximum quota for new registrants: 200 cards

  • Cards are printed on-site

Registration Requirements and Conditions

Here are the requirements and conditions for new registrants of the Free Service Card (KLG) for Transjakarta, MRT Jakarta, and LRT Jakarta.

  1. Elderly Category
  • Soft copy of DKI Jakarta ID card

  • Soft copy of passport photo

  1. Disability Category
  • Soft copy of ID card (National ID card)

  • Soft copy of Jakarta Disability Card or disability certificate from Community Health Centre/Government Hospital

  • Soft copy of passport photo

*Note: Previous registrants for the Free Service Card (KLG) at the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency booth can collect their cards at the nearest sub-district office after receiving notification via WhatsApp from PT Transjakarta.
