Jakarta — The IMIPAS Ministry of Immigration and Corrections announced an open selection for the posts of Director General of Immigration and the Head of the Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM). Deputy Minister Silmy Karim, as Chair of the Open Selection Committee for Madya High Leadership Positions (JPT Madya) within the IMIPAS Ministry, said the open selection is conducted pursuant to the Minister Secretariat letter No. R-230/M/SDK/PA.01.03/07/2025 dated 3 July 2025 concerning the Filling of JPT Madya within the IMIPAS environment.

“On this occasion, we invite civil servants (ASN), the TNI, Polri and non-ASN to participate in the open selection for Dirjen Imigrasi and Kepala BPSDM IMIPAS,” Silmy said.

“Additionally, all components of performance assessment should be at least ‘good’ for the last two years, not under investigation and/or not undergoing disciplinary penalties at medium or heavy level, and have submitted the LHKPN to the KPK.”

“Besides the general requirements, there are special requirements governing educational qualifications, rank, and age as set out in the announcement,” Silmy said.

“The next stages include the Managerial and Social-Cultural Competence (assessment), Technical Competence, final interview, and health test.”

“Meanwhile, the Deputy Minister revealed that the second wave of the Dirjen Imigrasi selection is conducted to attract more candidates.”

“Also, the first wave of Dirjen Imigrasi selection announced on Friday, 25 July 2025 can be viewed at the website http://pansel.kemenimipas.go.id.”

“All registrations are free of charge, and the selection is an opportunity to serve the nation through assignments in the IMIPAS Ministry,” Silmy concluded.
