The 14th cohort of SMA Unggulan CT Arsa Foundation successfully graduated with a 100 percent pass rate after 91 students attended the graduation ceremony in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra (Sumut), on Wednesday, 20 May.

The head of SMA Unggulan CT Arsa Foundation, Imam Kusnodin, told Detik that the 14th cohort comprised 91 students, and that, based on the criteria set by the teachers’ council, all 91 had passed.

Of the 2026 graduates, around 81 percent have been admitted to higher education.

‘Praise be to God, among the 91 graduates of the 2026 cohort, some have already been admitted to universities both domestically and abroad. Through the SPMB pathway, 13 people; SPAN-PTKIN achievement 27 people; the LPP Yogya SPMB pathway 56 people,’ he said.

Imam continued that the achievements of the students of SMA Unggulan CT Arsa Foundation stem from the school instilling four pillars.

‘We build on four pillars: the first is a fighting spirit. We raise their spirit; success belongs to anyone, not to a particular person. Second, we build character — the character of a fighter or perseverance, then intelligence and skill,’ he said.

For Imam, educators at SMA Unggulan CT Arsa Foundation play an important role in shaping students’ character. The teachers at SMA Unggulan CT Arsa Foundation are certified and routinely participate in training.

Meanwhile, the Chair of the CT Arsa Foundation’s SMA Unggulan Board, Anita Ratnasari Tanjung, urged graduates to become agents of change.

‘You must become agents of change for the country, leaders of quality,’ Anita said in her address at CT Arsa Foundation in Deli Serdang.

Anita said that CT Arsa Foundation’s vision and mission is to break the chain of poverty by providing quality education and optimal health.

She added that children from families in the less fortunate category should also receive a good education to succeed. CT Arsa, said Anita, continues to commit to advancing education in Indonesia, particularly for disadvantaged children.

‘You have an extraordinary fighting spirit. Even if you are not the child of a government official or a conglomerate, I am confident that every child, regardless of background, has the right to succeed. Remember this: whatever your background, you have the right to succeed and you also have the right to lead our beloved nation,’ Anita said.
