Angkasa Pura director declared graft suspect

JAKARTA: The Attorney General's Office said on Sunday that they had declared one of the directors of PT Angkasa Pura II, Yayun Wahyu, as a suspect for allegedly marking up the prices of metal detectors that were procured for airports.

The office spokesman RJ Soehandojo said that prosecutors were trying to collect more evidence to complete the case file on Yayun and would interrogate him soon.

"We have sufficient preliminary evidence to declare him a suspect. We will question him soon," Soehandojo told The Jakarta Post. --JP
