Angela Tanoe Emphasises Lasting Success Is Not Built Instantly, Citing Norway's Example

Perindo Party Chairwoman Angela Tanoesoedibjo emphasised that sustainable success is not achieved instantly but is the result of a long, consistent process. She made the remarks while opening the Perindo Party Technical Guidance (Bimtek) 2026 at Hotel Borobudur, Jakarta, held from 27 to 30 July 2026. The event was attended by 380 members of the Perindo Party’s Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) from provincial and district/city levels across Indonesia. Angela used the journey of the Norwegian national team as an example, stating that visible results today are the fruit of a lengthy process built over many years. She explained that behind every achievement, a foundation must be built gradually, requiring a strong system, continuously developed human resources, and a work culture that ensures everyone shares the same direction and values. The event, themed ‘United in Values, Superior in Action,’ served as part of strengthening organisational consolidation and enhancing cadre capacity ahead of the national political agenda.
