Aneka Tambang (ANTM) Agrees to Distribute IDR 5.04 Trillion Dividend

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) has decided to distribute dividends amounting to IDR 5.04 trillion, or equivalent to IDR 210 per share, from the 2024 financial year’s profit. This amount represents 70% of the net profit for the 2025 financial year and indicates a dividend yield of 7.63% based on ANTM’s closing share price on Wednesday (10/6/2026) at IDR 2,750 per share. PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) recorded a striking performance with a net profit for the year of IDR 7.92 trillion for the 2025 financial year. This achievement surged by 106% compared to the net profit for the 2024 financial year, which stood at IDR 3.85 trillion. The profit growth aligns with the company’s revenue increase, which rose by 22% to IDR 84.64 trillion in 2025, compared to IDR 69.19 trillion in the previous year. This performance was primarily supported by the gold business, which contributed approximately 79% to the company’s total sales. ANTAM’s gold sales were recorded at IDR 66.47 trillion throughout 2025, an increase of 15% compared to IDR 57.56 trillion in 2024, underpinned by sustained strong demand.
