PT Cakra Buana Resources Energy Tbk (CBRE) recorded a net loss for the year of Rp70.35 billion in 2025. This loss swelled by 36.18% year-on-year (yoy) from Rp51.66 billion the previous year.

According to its financial report, this maritime transport services issuer saw revenue decline by 11.27% yoy to Rp55.16 billion. The largest revenue came from ship chartering at Rp53.29 billion, a slight drop from Rp54.04 billion the previous year. Meanwhile, revenue from the ship management segment plunged to Rp1.86 billion from Rp8.13 billion previously.

Cost of revenue recorded a slight decrease of 4.40% yoy to Rp53.64 billion. Consequently, gross profit fell sharply to Rp1.51 billion from Rp6.05 billion the previous year.

CBRE managed a slight reduction in operating expenses to Rp31.79 billion from Rp32.57 billion the previous year. However, other net expenses ballooned to Rp20.14 billion from Rp9.72 billion.

Financial expenses also rose slightly to Rp19.27 billion. Meanwhile, income tax expenses decreased to Rp661.96 million.

The total assets of the company, in which Andry Hakim holds 5.02% of shares, were recorded to increase by 501% yoy to Rp2 trillion in 2025.

For information, the ultimate beneficial owner of CBRE is Suganto Gunawan. He controls the company through PT Omudas Investment with a 61.13% ownership in CBRE.

In the Monthly Registration Report of Securities Holders as of 28 February 2026, Andry Hakim is listed as a shareholder with 5.02% ownership or 228,000,074 shares.
