Shell has appointed Andri Pratiwa as President Director and Country Chair of Shell Indonesia. This position takes effect from 1 May 2026. Andri will succeed Ingrid Siburian. In addition to his new role, Andri will continue his current position as General Manager of Lubricants Indonesia. This change in top leadership comes as Shell focuses on developing its lubricants business in Indonesia, while continuing the process of transferring its fuel station business to the joint venture company Citadel Pacific Limited and Sefas Group. He stated that Shell continues to invest in the lubricants business, including the construction of a grease manufacturing plant in Marunda. “I look forward to close collaboration with partners, the government, customers, and the community to realise our aspirations and create long-term sustainable value,” he said. Meanwhile, Ingrid Siburian, who will end her tenure as President Director and Country Chair, will continue her role as General Manager Mobility, focusing on maintaining operational continuity and ensuring a smooth transition process. Shell’s management also expressed appreciation and thanks to Ingrid Siburian for her leadership and contributions during her time leading the company in Indonesia, including navigating the transformation period.
