Jakarta (ANTARA) - The benefits of the Andal by Taspen application in facilitating access to pension funds have been experienced by more than 3 million pensioners across the country since its launch in January 2025.

“I do not find it difficult (to use the application). It is indeed easy and simple. Now, all you have to do is take a selfie,” said Nur Dewi (73), a user of the Andal by Taspen application, met at the TASPEN Jakarta 2 Branch Office on Tuesday (1/9).

Authentication must be performed periodically at the beginning of each month to ensure that monthly pension funds are indeed received by the rightful beneficiaries.

Similar benefits were felt by Sunariyati (74) and Siti Sutanti (81), who have been receiving pensions for over a decade. They feel that Andal by Taspen has provided convenience in checking the benefits received by pensioners.

When encountering obstacles, both Sunariyati and Siti Sutanti felt that TASPEN officers provided optimal service and helped them overcome the issues faced.

“It is already good; TASPEN is doing well. The hope is that if any issues arise, it will become even easier,” said Sunariyati.

Based on the latest developments, as of August 2026, the Andal by Taspen application has reached 2.9 million downloads, demonstrating the high level of utilisation of TASPEN’s digital services by participants.

This service transformation is also reflected in the participant satisfaction rate. In 2025, TASPEN’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) reached 98.7, falling into the “Very Satisfied” category, while continuing a trend of increasing participant satisfaction for four consecutive years.

TASPEN stated that it will continue to strengthen service transformation and corporate governance to improve the quality of service to participants and support the digitalisation of public services.
