Ancol (PJAA) to Distribute Dividends of Rp41.6 Billion, Equivalent to Rp26.05 per Share
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The listed company managing the Ancol tourism area, PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA), has announced that it will distribute Rp41.6 billion from its 2025 fiscal year profits.
In the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), PJAA shareholders approved a dividend payment of Rp26.05 per share, totalling Rp41.6 billion, or 23.13% of net profit.
For context, throughout 2025, the Company recorded operating revenue of Rp1.12 trillion and net profit for the year of Rp180.19 billion.
PJAA management stated that, despite ongoing external challenges from the global economy, the Company remains focused on innovation and operational efficiency, such as digitalising ticketing services, enhancing visitor facilities, and developing new thematic content/events, thereby succeeding in maintaining revenue at the previous year’s level.
“The Company is currently at a crucial point, not merely to survive, but more than that, to advance to the next phase of transformation. The destination tourism and leisure industry has undergone fundamental changes. Customers/visitors no longer simply enjoy a destination but seek new experiences, connections, and value from their expenditure,” it explained, as quoted from the official statement on Wednesday (15/4/2026).
In addition to the dividends, the AGMS also approved changes to the Company’s management structure to strengthen future business strategies. The new composition of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors takes effect immediately following the closure of the AGMS and is as follows:
