Ancol CEO Suddenly Resigns

PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA) announced the resignation of Winarto as President Director on Monday (13 April 2026). In a disclosure statement issued by the company, management confirmed receipt of the resignation letter on the same date. “The company has received the resignation letter from Mr Winarto, as President Director of the company, dated 13 April 2026,” management stated. Despite the change in top leadership, the company emphasised that the resignation will not have any material impact on its operational activities, legal matters, financial condition, or business continuity. For context, PJAA is a commercial property developer known for managing the Ancol tourism area in Jakarta. To date, no reasons have been provided for the resignation, nor has any candidate been named to replace the President Director position. Meanwhile, PJAA shares rose 0.93% to 545 in yesterday’s trading. Over the past month, PJAA shares have gained 3.81%, though they remain down 4.39% year-to-date.
