AMPG Prepares Political Cadres for Golden Indonesia 2045

The Central Board of the Golkar Party’s Young Generation Force (PP AMPG) is preparing political cadres who are adaptive, innovative, and have integrity through a National Leadership Meeting (Rapimnas) and the third wave of National Young Cadre Training. This effort is part of supporting the realisation of Golden Indonesia 2045. “The Rapimnas and National Cadre Training of PP AMPG serve as a strategic forum to strengthen organisational consolidation while shaping young cadres who are adaptive, innovative, and have integrity,” said PP AMPG Chairman Said Aldi Al Idrus in a statement in Jakarta on Wednesday. The event, scheduled for 9–12 July 2026 at the Golkar Party Central Board office in Jakarta, is planned to be opened by Golkar Party Chairman Bahlil Lahadalia. It will be attended by chairpersons and secretaries of AMPG Regional Boards from 36 provinces across Indonesia. Carrying the theme “Technocratic Political Cadres, Pillars of the People’s Trust,” the activity is also expected to broaden participants’ insights into national issues, human resource development, and leadership capable of responding to society’s needs. Said Aldi stated that the Rapimnas and training serve as a strategic forum to strengthen organisational consolidation while building the capacity of Golkar Party’s young cadres to address the challenges of national development. “This activity is also part of PP AMPG’s commitment to supporting the vision and direction of the Golkar Party Chairman to produce cadres who are competent, loyal, and ready to carry out mandates in various fields of service,” he said. According to Said, the Rapimnas and National Young Cadre Training are expected to become a momentum for the birth of young Golkar Party cadres who possess technocratic capacity, are close to the people’s aspirations, and are able to make real contributions towards the realisation of Golden Indonesia 2045.
