AMMAN Named Among Indonesia's Best Employers 2026
Jakarta — PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMAN), the largest copper and gold producer listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has been included in the ‘Indonesia’s Best Employers 2026’ list. This recognition is based on an independent study conducted by Statista in collaboration with Tempo Media Group. Statista is a global market intelligence and data platform trusted by leading companies, investors, and media worldwide.
Niels Terfehr, Vice President of Partnerships at Statista, explained that the survey results serve as a benchmark for job seekers, corporations, and the general public. “This inaugural edition of Best Employers Indonesia highlights organisations that have successfully created superior workplaces and set a standard for others to follow,” he stated.
The ‘Indonesia’s Best Employers 2026’ list was determined through an independent study involving companies from various sectors with a minimum of 200 employees in Indonesia. The study gathered over 300,000 evaluations, with only the 300 highest-scoring companies making the list of the best places to work in Indonesia according to Statista and Tempo.
The research, conducted between September and November 2025, assessed various aspects including job satisfaction, career opportunities, innovation, fairness, inclusion, work-life balance, and employee perception of their workplace. The final assessment was primarily based on employees’ willingness to recommend their own company and other companies within the same industry.
Kartika Octaviana, Vice President of Corporate Communications at AMMAN, stated that this achievement reflects the company’s efforts to create a positive working environment and provide a meaningful work experience for its employees.
“At AMMAN, we build a work culture that humanises people—a work environment that encourages employees to express their opinions and aspirations, motivates them to continue growing, and respects differences. We embody this culture through our three core values: Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, and Stay Human,” Octaviana explained.
Through the ‘Stay Hungry’ value, AMMAN encourages employees to continuously pursue progress and improvement, fostering new and bold innovations. ‘Stay Humble’ emphasises the importance of strong team collaboration and ensuring business operations align with social and environmental contributions. Meanwhile, ‘Stay Human’ positions employees as the company’s most important asset, utilising technology to empower people.
AMMAN continues to implement various internal initiatives reflecting these values, including digital transformation to support faster and more precise workflows, employee social contribution programmes for local communities, and strengthening the role of ‘culture champions’ as agents of change across various departments.
Through these initiatives, AMMAN reaffirms its commitment to balancing business performance with the development of a healthy working environment and supporting the growth and well-being of its employees. Recognition as one of ‘Indonesia’s Best Employers 2026’ complements a series of global accolades received by AMMAN, following its inclusion in Newsweek and Statista’s ‘World’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2025’ list.
