AMMAN Among Indonesia’s Best Employers 2026: What Do Employees Value?
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMAN), the largest copper and gold producer listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has been included in the Indonesia’s Best Employers 2026 list based on an independent study conducted by Statista in collaboration with Tempo Media Group.
The recognition places AMMAN among the top 300 companies with the highest scores in the study, which involved companies from various sectors with at least 200 employees in Indonesia.
Niels Terfehr, Statista’s Vice President of Partnerships, said the survey results can serve as a reference for job seekers, corporations, and the public.
“This inaugural Best Employers Indonesia edition highlights organisations that have successfully created excellent workplaces and set a standard for others to follow,” he said in a press release on Friday, 29 May 2026.
AMMAN’s inclusion in the list was based on research conducted between September and November 2025. The study gathered over 300,000 evaluations of companies across various sectors in Indonesia.
Assessments covered various aspects, including job satisfaction, career opportunities, innovation, fairness, inclusivity, work-life balance, and employees’ perceptions of their company.
Final evaluations were primarily based on employees’ willingness to recommend their current company and other firms in the same industry.
“At AMMAN, we build a human-centric work culture, an environment that encourages employees to voice their opinions and aspirations, stay motivated to grow, and respect differences,” said Kartika.
“This culture is embodied through three core company values: Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Human,” she added.
According to Kartika, the “Stay Hungry” value drives employees to continuously pursue progress and improvement while fostering bold new innovations.
Meanwhile, “Stay Humble” emphasises strong team collaboration and ensures business operations align with social and environmental contributions.
“Stay Human” places employees as the company’s most valuable asset, using technology to empower people.
Initiatives include digital transformation to enable faster and more precise work, employee social contribution programmes for local communities, and strengthening the role of culture champions as change agents across departments.
Through these measures, the company reaffirms its commitment to balancing business performance with a healthy work environment.
Furthermore, AMMAN has pledged to support employee growth and well-being.
The recognition as one of Indonesia’s Best Employers 2026 complements previous global accolades received by the company.
Previously, AMMAN was listed in Newsweek and Statista’s “World’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2025”.
