Amid Overseas Working Visit, Prabowo Sends Birthday Wishes to Titiek Soeharto

President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto sent birthday greetings to his former wife, who is also a Gerindra politician, Siti Hediati Hariyadi, or familiarly known as Titiek Soeharto, on Tuesday (14/4). A video recording of the birthday wishes to the Chair of Commission IV of the DPR RI was shared by Prabowo via the story feature on social media Instagram. Prabowo is currently on a series of overseas visits from Russia to France. “To Mbak Titiek, I wish you a happy birthday on 14 April 2026. May this year bring goodness to Mbak Titiek and all of us. Once again, happy birthday, long life, may the Almighty always accompany Mbak Titiek. Always,” such was the series of words that came from Prabowo’s mouth in the video recording uploaded via the Instagram story feature, quoted on Wednesday (15/4). On Tuesday, Commission IV of the DPR also held a birthday celebration for Titiek after a working meeting with the Minister of Forestry Raja Juli Antoni and Deputy Minister of Forestry Sudaryono. At that moment, Titiek’s only son with Prabowo, Ragowo Hediprasetyo or Didit, was also seen to be present. All members and leaders of Commission IV also joined in celebrating Titiek’s birthday as she turned 67 years old. “Thank you to the Almighty. I have been given a long life, until now 67 years old, hopefully I am always granted health,” she said in front of several parties present in the Commission IV DPR meeting room. Titiek admitted she was happy that her birthday celebration was also attended by her son. However, she declined to reveal when asked about the birthday wishes from Prabowo. “Yes, it’s a secret,” said the daughter of Indonesia’s second President Soeharto.
