Amar Bank (AMAR) to Distribute IDR 110.1 Billion Dividend, Here's the Schedule

Jakarta - PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk. (AMAR), known as Amar Bank, has agreed to distribute a dividend of IDR 110.1 billion for the 2025 financial year. This decision was taken at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on Thursday, 18 June 2026. The dividend amount equates to IDR 6.11 per share. The dividend distribution will utilise the 2025 net profit of IDR 249.6 billion. The digital bank has announced the dividend distribution schedule. Citing public disclosures, the Cum Dividend in the Regular and Negotiation Markets falls on 26 June 2026, and the Ex Dividend in the Regular and Negotiation Markets falls on 29 June 2026. Meanwhile, the Cum Dividend in the Cash Market takes place on 30 June 2026. The Ex Dividend in the Cash Market takes place on 1 July 2026. The Recording Date for the List of Shareholders entitled to the dividend is set for 30 June 2026, and the dividend distribution will be carried out on 17 July 2026.
