Alternative Routes and Traffic Diversions for Digiland Run 2026: Here's the List!

The Jakarta Transportation Department will implement traffic diversions and provide alternative routes in connection with the Telkomsel Digiland Run 2026 on Sunday, May 17, 2026. The traffic management will be in effect from 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

The Acting Head of the Jakarta Transportation Department, Ujang Hermawan, stated that the traffic diversions are necessary because the running route will intersect with several major roads, starting from the Gelora Bung Karno area to Jalan Jenderal Sudirman.

“In connection with the Telkomsel Digiland Run 2026, traffic diversions will be implemented on the roads affected,” said Ujang in Jakarta on Saturday (May 16).

For those who will be active on that day, here are the alternative routes provided by the Jakarta Transportation Department:

Several key points that will be affected by the diversions include Gate 10 of GBK, Jalan Gerbang Pemuda, Jalan Asia Afrika, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, and part of Jalan Gatot Subroto. Transportation Department officers will be on standby to direct drivers.

“We urge road users to avoid these roads and to comply with the traffic regulations and instructions from officers on the ground,” added Ujang.

The Telkomsel Digiland Run 2026 consists of three running categories: 5 kilometers, 10 kilometers, and 21 kilometers (half marathon), and is expected to be attended by thousands of participants. (Ant/Z-10)
