Allo Bank Distributes IDR 286.97 Billion in Cash Dividends
Jakarta - PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk has approved a cash dividend distribution of IDR 286.97 billion during its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). The amount represents 50 percent of the company’s net profit for the 2025 financial year. “At the 2026 AGMS, shareholders approved the dividend distribution for the second time in the bank’s history,” said Acting President Director Ari Yanuanto Asah in a written statement on Thursday. In addition to the dividend, shareholders also approved the allocation of IDR 287.28 billion as retained earnings. These funds will be used to strengthen capital and support the company’s business development. Meanwhile, another portion of the profit was set aside as reserve funds. Ari stated that the decision reflects Allo Bank’s solid performance throughout 2025 as well as the company’s commitment to providing added value to stakeholders. The AGMS also discussed several other agenda items, including the 2026 work plan and sustainable finance action plan, the appointment of a public accounting firm to audit the 2026 financial statements, and the determination of honoraria and allowances for the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners. Shareholders also approved amendments to several articles of the company’s Articles of Association. The changes were made to align with the nomenclature of the 2025 Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI) and prevailing regulations. He added that throughout 2025, Allo Bank focused on strengthening its business foundation to drive sustainable growth. The company developed a portfolio of digital banking products and services for both retail and corporate segments, with end-to-end digitally designed service processes. Allo Bank currently serves approximately 15 million customers. The company’s digital products and services include Allo Pay, Allo Pay+, Allo Prime, AlloGrow, PayLater, and Instant Cash.
