Furthermore, Danantara noted that beyond the entities featured, there are various other SOEs that have also recorded positive performance developments and continue to be part of Danantara Indonesia’s ongoing transformation agenda.
In addition to recording SOE performance improvements, Danantara Indonesia has also begun realising its investment mandate through a number of strategic investments funded, among other sources, by SOE dividends received in 2025. A portion of these dividends has been allocated to support projects of strategic value for national development, expected to create long-term economic benefits.
Several strategic investments already executed include the development of the Indonesian Hajj and Umrah ecosystem in Mecca to improve service quality for Indonesian pilgrims while strengthening Indonesia’s position in the global hajj ecosystem, as well as a Waste-to-Energy (WTE) project that supports sustainable waste management, enhances energy security, and drives the transition towards a green economy. All these investments are carried out by prioritising principles of good governance, investment discipline, prudent risk management, and an orientation towards long-term value creation for the state and society.
Meanwhile, the Danantara Indonesia 2025 Consolidated Financial Report is still in the process of completion in accordance with applicable audit stages and will be submitted once the entire audit process is concluded in compliance with statutory regulations.
