REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi) will distribute IDR 396.2 billion in cash dividends to shareholders after recording a net profit of IDR 792.36 billion throughout 2025. The dividend value is equivalent to IDR 11.85 per share and has increased by approximately 61 percent compared to the previous fiscal year.

The increase in dividends is in line with the growth in profit for the year attributable to the parent entity. In 2025, Alfamidi’s net profit increased by 45 percent compared to 2024, which amounted to IDR 546.41 billion.

Profit growth was supported by an increase in net revenue, which reached IDR 20.64 trillion, or an increase of 3.79 percent compared to IDR 19.89 trillion in the previous year.

Director of PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk, Suantopo Po, said that the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS) had approved the distribution of cash dividends of IDR 396.2 billion.

“The dividend to be distributed will be IDR 396.2 billion, or equivalent to IDR 11.85 per share. This value has increased by about 61 percent compared to the 2024 fiscal year’s dividend,” said Suantopo during a public expose in Tangerang, Thursday (June 4, 2026).

The company also increased the dividend payout ratio from 45 percent to 50 percent of net profit. The cash dividend is scheduled to be paid to shareholders on June 25, 2026.

On the operational side, Alfamidi continues to expand its network of stores. As of the end of 2025, the company operated 2,587 stores, consisting of 2,503 Alfamidi stores, 80 Alfamidi Super stores, and four Midi Fresh stores spread across various regions of Indonesia.

The company is also supported by more than 30,000 employees. Meanwhile, the number of members of the Alfamidi loyalty program reached 7.02 million customers by the end of 2025, contributing to sales of up to 49.8 percent.

In 2026, Alfamidi is targeting the opening of 200 new stores to expand its service reach and support business growth. “For the 200 stores, it will be around IDR 1.5 trillion,” said Suantopo.

The company allocates capital expenditure of around IDR 1.5 trillion to support the expansion plan. Management assesses that the prospects for the retail industry are still promising, along with the high public demand for daily consumer products.
