Alfamidi Distributes Rp 396.2 Billion in Dividends
The retail network PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi) is distributing cash dividends amounting to Rp 396.2 billion to its shareholders. Shareholders approved the dividend distribution during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 fiscal year held on Thursday, 4 June 2026.
“The General Meeting has approved an increase in the dividend payout ratio from the previous 45 per cent to 50 per cent of the company’s net profit,” stated the Corporate Secretary of PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk, Suantopo Po, at the Alfa Tower in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
Suantopo noted that the dividend value to be received by shareholders is Rp 11.85 per share. The total cash dividend distributed reaches Rp 396.2 billion, equivalent to 50 per cent of the company’s net profit for the 2025 fiscal year.
According to Suantopo, this year’s dividend value has increased significantly compared to the 2024 fiscal year distribution. “The dividend value of Rp 396.2 billion represents a 61 per cent increase compared to the 2024 dividends,” he said.
The company has also established the payment schedule for the cash dividends, which is set for 25 June 2026.
He added that the increase in the dividend payout ratio and the larger dividend value reflect the company’s positive performance throughout 2025, serving as a form of appreciation to shareholders for their support of Alfamidi’s business growth.
During the AGMS, it was reported that Alfamidi recorded net revenue of Rp 20.64 trillion in 2025. This figure represents a growth of 3.79 per cent compared to the previous year’s Rp 19.89 trillion.
Meanwhile, the current year’s profit attributable to the owners of the parent entity increased significantly by 45.01 per cent to Rp 792.36 billion, compared to Rp 546.41 billion in 2024.
Suantopo stated that the company’s business growth was driven by continuous outlet expansion. By the end of 2025, the number of Alfamidi outlets reached 2,587, consisting of 2,503 Alfamidi stores, 80 Alfamidi Super stores, and 4 Midi Fresh stores spread across Java, Kalimantan, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Maluku, and Papua.
“The company’s operations are also supported by more than 30,000 employees serving millions of customers throughout Indonesia,” said Suantopo.
