Alexander Ramlie Buys Rp 18.16 Billion Worth of AMMN Shares

Jakarta - PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN) Commissioner Alexander Ramlie has increased his stake in the energy sector company by purchasing 1.47 million shares. He executed the purchase in stages on the same day.

According to information disclosed to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), Ramlie bought a total of 1,478,500 AMMN shares across nine transactions on 20 July 2026 for personal investment purposes. The breakdown includes 6,900 shares at Rp3,890 per share, 16,400 shares at Rp3,900, 47,500 shares at Rp3,910, 139,300 shares at Rp3,920, 321,700 shares at Rp3,930, 26,900 shares at Rp3,940, 218,800 shares at Rp3,950, 412,500 shares at Rp4,020, and 288,500 shares at Rp4,030 per share. The total funds disbursed amounted to Rp5,878,014,000.

All transactions were conducted directly, without any repurchase agreement, and involved ordinary shares. Following the purchase, Ramlie’s total shareholding increased from 188,916,260 shares to 190,394,760 shares, representing a 0.78% rise. His voting rights in AMMN also increased from 0.261% to 0.263%, a gain of 0.002 percentage points. The management confirmed that the transaction does not alter the company’s controlling status.

Previously, Ramlie had acquired 3,138,500 AMMN shares on 17 July 2026 in four transactions at prices ranging from Rp3,890 to Rp3,930 per share, also for personal investment. That purchase raised his ownership from 185,777,760 shares to 188,916,260 shares. In total, over the two trading days of 17 and 20 July, Ramlie accumulated 4,617,000 AMMN shares, spending approximately Rp18.16 billion. The transactions occurred while AMMN’s share price was trading below the Rp4,000 level.
