Alert for Return Flow, Pertamina Prepares Modular Fuel Stations, Kiosks, and Motorists
Entering the peak return flow of Eid al-Fitr 2026, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to strengthen its readiness to provide energy services for the public returning from their hometowns. Not only relying on the fuel station network, Pertamina Patra Niaga also introduces various additional services to ensure that public travel remains smooth, safe, and comfortable.
Through the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr Task Force, Pertamina Patra Niaga ensures that all energy infrastructure is fully on standby. Nationally, 7,885 fuel stations are prepared, with 2,074 fuel stations operating 24 hours, supported by 6,777 Pertashops reaching even remote areas.
The 24-hour operating fuel stations are focused on routes with high mobility levels, such as toll roads, tourist routes, and main cross routes. In addition to serving as fuel filling points, the fuel stations also function as rest stops with facilities supporting travel comfort, such as prayer rooms, clean toilets, and rest areas.
To anticipate the surge in demand at strategic points, Pertamina Patra Niaga also introduces additional services in the form of Modular Fuel Stations and Pertamina Alert Kiosks.
These services ensure that energy availability remains maintained, even at dense points that previously did not have fuel stations, providing ease of access for the public to obtain fuel quickly without having to stray far from the main travel route.
As a reinforcement of field services, Pertamina Patra Niaga also operates 200 units of Pertamina Delivery Service (PDS) Motorists that are on standby on the main return flow routes. This service reaches vehicles that run out of fuel in the middle of the journey, especially at points with high potential for congestion or limited access to fuel stations.
The public can easily access the Pertamina Motorist service through the Pertamina Contact Center 135 or via the MyPertamina application. After making a request, the motorist will head to the customer’s location to assist with direct fuel filling, so the journey can immediately continue without significant obstacles.
Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, emphasised that service optimisation is carried out comprehensively, both in terms of main infrastructure and additional services.
“Pertamina Patra Niaga ensures that all energy services, from regular fuel stations, Modular Fuel Stations, Pertamina Alert Kiosks, to PDS Motorists, can be easily accessed by the public. This is part of our commitment to maintaining the smooth flow of the Eid return, so that public travel remains safe, smooth, and comfortable,” said Roberth in his press release on Saturday (28/3/2026).
