Alamtri Resources Indonesia to Distribute Dividend of USD 447.5 Million
The mining issuer owned by Garibaldi Thohir, PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (ADRO), will distribute a cash dividend of USD 447.5 million. The dividend distribution was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Friday, 17 April 2026.
Management stated that the dividend value is equivalent to 99.96% of the 2025 net profit of USD 447.69 million. “USD 447,500,000 from the net profit will be distributed as cash dividend, of which USD 250,000,000 has been paid on 15 January 2026 as interim cash dividend,” ADRO management wrote in a disclosure, quoted on Saturday, 18 April 2026.
Meanwhile, the remaining USD 197.5 million will be distributed as final cash dividend. The dividend will be paid on 8 May 2026. Meanwhile, USD 191,220 or equivalent to 0.04% of the net profit will be entered into the company’s retained earnings balance.
In addition to the dividend distribution, the AGMS approved the repurchase or buyback of shares with a value of up to IDR 5 trillion. “Granting absolute authority to the company’s board of directors to, at their discretion, make decisions and/or take any actions that the board of directors deems good or necessary in connection with the implementation of the company’s share repurchase, and in connection with the implementation of such authority, the board of directors may grant power of attorney (with right of substitution) to parties designated by it,” management wrote.
Based on the company’s financial statements, Alamtri Resources recorded operating revenue of USD 1.87 billion in 2025. This figure is lower than the previous year, which was recorded at USD 2.07 billion. The profit for the year of USD 447.69 million in 2025 also declined compared to 2024, which was recorded at USD 1.38 billion.
