Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) has approved a cash dividend amounting to US$447.50 million, or 99.96% of the net profit of US$447.69 million for the 2025 fiscal year.

The cash dividend consists of a final dividend of US$197.50 million and an interim dividend of US$250 million, which the company has already paid on 15 January 2026.

“Meanwhile, an amount of US$194,220 will be entered as retained earnings for Alamtri,” said Alamtri’s Corporate Secretary, Maharani Cindy Opssedha, in an official statement in Jakarta on Friday.

At the AGM, shareholders also approved the share buyback by Alamtri, with a maximum amount of Rp5 trillion.

This corporate action by the company affiliated with Garibaldi Thohir complies with the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 29 of 2023 on Share Buybacks Issued by Public Companies (POJK 29/2023).

At the AGM, shareholders also approved the amendment to Article 4 paragraph (2) of the company’s articles of association in connection with the reduction of placed and paid-up capital of Alamtri to withdraw all shares resulting from the buyback, namely 589,195,200 shares.

As a result, the placed and paid-up capital of Alamtri becomes 28,800,494,200 shares with a nominal value of Rp2.88 trillion. This reduction in placed and paid-up capital is expected to increase value for shareholders and create a more efficient capital structure.

Throughout 2025, Alamtri recorded a net profit of US$447.69 million, down from a net profit of US$1.38 billion in the 2024 fiscal year.

The correction in net profit aligns with a 9.87% year-on-year (yoy) decline in revenue to US$1.87 billion in 2025, with the majority of revenue coming from the mining segment worth US$966.34 million and mining services contributing US$865.28 million.
