Al Mukhlisin Orphanage in Cibubur, East Jakarta, Not Executed; Owner: Alhamdulillah, I'm Relieved

The owner of the Al Mukhlisin Orphanage for Orphans in Cibubur, East Jakarta, Bambang, expressed gratitude because the mosque and orphanage were not included as objects of land execution by the Jakarta Timur District Court. He conveyed this after the execution of several buildings in the surrounding area of the orphanage. “Alhamdulillah, I’m relieved. Actually, what I was thinking about was where the orphaned children would go; we’ve been here for a long time, and now they want to evict us,” said Bambang when met at the orphanage on Thursday (23/4/2026). “Clearly, our ownership is in order, the documents are managed, there is a grant, a notarial deed from 2004, and we’ve been running the orphanage for about 15 years or more,” Bambang explained. He described that the orphanage land spans around 500 square metres. Within the orphanage area, there is a mosque as well as the graves of the land owner and his children. Bambang added that there are 14 female and 17 male children residing at the orphanage. “Here, there is a kindergarten, primary school, junior high school, and vocational high school. Even the latest, excuse me, one of our orphanage children passed the Kopassus army test and is now a Kopassus member,” he revealed. Previously, the Jakarta Timur District Court confirmed that the Al Mukhlisin Orphanage for Orphans in Cibubur, East Jakarta, is not included in the land objects subject to clearance. “From the results of the second coordination meeting at the police station and what has been conveyed by the execution applicant, the orphanage foundation is not executed,” said Rudy. Additionally, the mosque at the orphanage was also not executed by the court bailiff of the Jakarta Timur District Court. “From the coordination meeting results, there are several points because the documents are already in place,” Rudy clarified. Rudy explained that there are four plots of land being executed in the Cibubur area, East Jakarta.
