Jakarta, VIVA – PT Akulaku Finance Indonesia has entered into a funding facility agreement worth IDR 500 billion with PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Danamon) to bolster its financing capacity and support the growth of digital financing services in Indonesia.

The President Director of Akulaku Finance, Perry Barman Slangor, stated that the funding will be utilised to support the working capital requirements of PT Akulaku Finance Indonesia, in response to the increasing public demand for digital financing services. “This support is expected to strengthen the company’s capacity to provide relevant financing solutions for various segments of society,” Perry said in a statement on Monday, 8 June 2026.

This collaboration reflects the strengthening synergy between banking institutions and digital financing companies in addressing evolving financial service needs. “This cooperation is part of our efforts to continuously and optimally strengthen the company’s funding structure,” he added. He expressed hope that the synergy with Danamon would support the development of financing services that are increasingly relevant to public needs, while strengthening the company’s growth foundation for the future.

PT Akulaku Finance Indonesia, which operates within the Akulaku Group ecosystem, is a strategic partner of Danamon. This financing is part of Danamon’s efforts to drive the growth of its financial group, which is supported by MUFG Bank Ltd. (MUFG) as the parent company.
