AKBP Moch Dwi Ramadhanto was entrusted as the Parade Commander for the 80th Bhayangkara Day commemoration ceremony held by the Bali Regional Police at the Puputan Margarana Niti Mandala field in Renon, Denpasar, on Wednesday (1/7/2026). The ceremony proceeded solemnly, carrying the theme ‘Police for the Community’, and was led directly by the Bali Police Chief as the Inspector of the Ceremony. The event was also attended by members of the Bali Regional Leadership Coordination Forum, community figures, and traditional leaders. Behind the smooth execution of the ceremony, AKBP Ramadhanto played a crucial role as the commander leading the entire parade formation. The middle-ranking officer, who currently serves as Head of Sub-Directorate I of the Bali Police Special Criminal Investigation Directorate, was tasked with managing the proceedings to ensure they were orderly and in accordance with protocol. The appointment of AKBP Ramadhanto as Parade Commander was not without reason. The 2010 Police Academy graduate underwent an internal selection process before being entrusted with the task. He also participated in several days of intensive training to ensure the ceremony’s execution was optimal. His commitment and perseverance were tested through days of rigorous drills under the scorching Bali sun to deliver his best performance on the day. ‘Discipline and dedication are key. The hard training under the blazing sun paid off when the ceremony proceeded in an orderly and solemn manner,’ said Ramadhanto. The officer, born in Jakarta in June 1985, previously had a long career within the jurisdiction of the Riau Islands Regional Police. He once served as the Head of the Riau Islands Police Chief’s Secretariat and as Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit for the Barelang City Police before being transferred to the Bali Police after completing his education at the Naval Command and Staff College in 2025. During his service, Ramadhanto has been known for handling numerous criminal cases, including uncovering online gambling operations and other criminal activities, both in Batam and Bali. As Parade Commander, Ramadhanto successfully impressed the Bali Police Chief and all invited guests from the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum with his commanding voice and firm demeanour throughout the ceremony. The success of the 80th Bhayangkara Day ceremony serves as clear evidence of the readiness and professionalism of Bali Police personnel in serving and reflecting the theme ‘Police for the Community’ within the Bali Police jurisdiction.
