As a relatively frequent traveler, I would suggest the following points for improving services at Soekarno-Hatta airport.
1. Payment of airport tax can be made outside the check-in area as well, so that it is more convenient for passengers who have made a city check-in. It would be much better if the payment of airport tax was included in the price of the ticket.
2. The luggage conveyor belts are often not in operation. This causes great inconvenience to older passengers like myself.
3. The taxis and buses should be put in order.
These are only a few of the things to be attended to, so that we do not feel ashamed when we compare our airport to Singapore's, which is only one hour away.
