Airport terminal confusion
Airport terminal confusion
From Kompas
Terminal I of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport apparently
receives less serious attention from Angkasa Pura, the country's
airport management association.
There has always been a state of confusion in the terminal's
front parking area, resulting from car drivers dropping and
meeting passengers, so that congestion is inevitable.
The other terminal facilities are also in disrepair, such as
its restrooms, which are mostly dirty and improperly maintained.
Even their lighting is so dim that a gloomy and eerie impression
is created.
The design of these restrooms is outdated. They need to be
renovated to meet the standards of an international airport.
Foreign tourists using such airport facilities will, of
course, speak unfavorably about this airport to their friends and
relatives, while it is in fact the first rest stop, thus
reflecting the capital of Indonesia.
