AirNav Indonesia Signs Cooperation Agreement with Jamdatun to Strengthen Corporate Governance
JAKARTA, Jurnas.com — The Public Service Agency for Air Navigation Services Indonesia (AirNav Indonesia) has signed a Cooperation Agreement with Jamdatun, the Deputy Attorney General for Civil and State Administrative Law, of the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia, to strengthen corporate governance and ensure it improves.
Captain Avirianto Suratno, AirNav Indonesia’s Chief Executive, stressed that this step is also part of the company’s strategy to mitigate risks in AirNav Indonesia’s transformation as a growing and evolving organisation that manages air navigation services.
‘This cooperation will greatly assist us in the transformation process, namely to ensure AirNav Indonesia can continue to provide aviation navigation services optimally. It also serves to realise consistency in the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in managing operational activities and investments,’ said Capt. Avirianto Suratno in an official statement on Friday, 6 March 2026.
He is confident that through this cooperation, a number of potential civil and state-administration law issues can be resolved in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance. ‘Therefore, we greatly appreciate Jamdatun’s receptiveness to this cooperation. This collaboration is very important for us to face various challenges, both operational and technical, as well as legal aspects that need to be managed accurately and accountably,’ added Avirianto.
Previously, AirNav Indonesia and Jamdatun had also entered into a cooperation agreement in 2022. The collaboration focused on building synergy between a state‑owned enterprise and law enforcement agencies to improve the effectiveness of handling and resolving corporate legal matters, particularly in civil and state-administration law, including improving the quality of human resources within the company.
