Aiming for Rp 1.7 Trillion in Revenue, Hakaaston Relies on Digital Integration
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Hakaaston (HKA) is targeting a revenue of Rp 1.701 trillion in 2026 by utilising an integrated digital system in the management of its operations and toll road maintenance.
This strategy is designed to strengthen the company’s toll road asset management business while also meeting the needs of reliable and measurable services from concession holders.
The revenue target represents a growth of approximately 14.2 per cent compared to the 2025 realisation of Rp 1.490 trillion. HKA is also aiming for a net profit of Rp 85 billion with a net profit margin of around 4.97 per cent.
According to the Acting Director of HKA, M Rozi Rinjayadi, the company’s performance growth in 2026 will be supported by the stability of operations and maintenance services across all toll road sections it manages.
From an operational perspective, the company is focusing on improving the quality of its operations and maintenance work through strengthening planning, field coordination, and quality control.
This is being done to ensure that the handling of toll road conditions can be carried out more quickly and effectively.
HKA is also optimising the use of an integrated digital system to support work planning, monitoring of field activities, and reporting of asset performance to concession holders.
“The use of this system helps coordinate between teams and supports the making of quick and accurate technical decisions in the implementation of daily work,” he added.
In addition, the company will expand the scope of routine operations and maintenance work, develop medium- and long-term contracts, and improve the readiness of equipment and human resources.
The company’s resource support is also focused on meeting the needs of operations and maintenance, including the readiness of equipment, personnel, and support systems in the field.
In line with the operational agenda, HKA remains committed to sustainability through waste management, the use of recycled materials, and environmental programmes with communities around the toll road sections.
