Aid for malnourished children to arrive

GUNUNGKIDUL, Yogyakarta (JP): The government of Denmark is assisting malnourished children in Gunungkidul by providing food aid.

Antara reported that the government of Denmark was working with the Nationwide Family Welfare Movement to provide the aid.

The head of social affairs for the local administration, Suhardono, said the aid from Denmark's embassy, estimated at Rp 1 billion, was expected to arrive in January and will be distributed through integrated health centers here.
