AIA Vitality Records Measurable Changes in Health Behaviour Across a Five-Year Journey in Indonesia
During Ramadan and other geopolitical dynamics. PT AIA FINANCIAL (AIA Indonesia) commemorated five years of AIA Vitality’s journey in Indonesia through a Media Iftar with national journalists. The occasion underlines AIA’s commitment to helping Indonesians live healthier, longer, and better lives through behaviour-based wellness programmes.
Over five years of operation, AIA Vitality has developed into a wellness ecosystem that encourages activity, health checks, and the development of sustainable healthy habits.
‘AIA Vitality is integrated with AIA’s protection products. The programme helps policyholders build protected healthy habits that ultimately reduce long-term health risks, while strengthening the sustainability of the protection ecosystem. Five years of AIA Vitality reflect our commitment to promoting healthy living every day. We are proud to see significant growth and real behavioural changes when people receive support, education, and rewards that are right for them,’ said Kathryn Parapak, Chief Marketing Officer of AIA Indonesia, in a press statement received on Friday (6/3).
Since its launch, AIA Vitality in Indonesia has demonstrated a meaningful positive impact on Indonesians’ lifestyles. Laila Munaf, Founder & Coach at SANA Studio, emphasised that people are increasingly aware of the importance of wellbeing, not only physically but also mentally and emotionally.
‘Social media, fitness communities, and easier access to wellness information have encouraged many Indonesians to take small but meaningful steps toward a healthier life. Programmes like AIA Vitality provide accountability and rewards that make healthy habits feel easier and more enjoyable,’ said Laila.
AIA Vitality not only drives individual transformation but also strengthens the sense of community through various community activities. Events such as AIA Vitality Women’s 10K and AIA Vitality Live have brought thousands of participants together in a positive space that celebrates movement and fitness.
AIA Indonesia also announced that: AIA Vitality Women’s 10K will return on 26 April 2026 at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), with 5K and 10K categories.
‘We want to create a space that empowers women to start or continue their wellness journey,’ added Kathryn.
