Amid growing demand for digital talent, many companies, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, continue to face significant challenges in recruitment processes that consume considerable time and resources. On average, recruitment processes can expend up to 150 hours of work and cost approximately Rp11.5 million solely for CV sorting and initial interviews.

TalentGO.AI has introduced an artificial intelligence-based solution designed to help companies find suitable candidates more efficiently. This B2B service encompasses end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and automated CV assessment to video interviews, simplifying the selection stages.

CEO and Founder of TalentGO.AI, Valencia Gabriella, explained that the platform originated from observing the gap between company needs and candidates’ difficulties in finding employment. “TalentGO.AI’s journey began from a personal concern I had since 2020. At that time, I saw how difficult it was for candidates to find jobs, yet on the other hand, business owners frequently struggled to find the right candidates,” Valencia stated in a press release.

According to her, the primary challenge in recruitment is not only finding candidates but also manual administrative processes that consume time, such as application screening and initial selection stages.

With AI technology support since its 2025 launch, TalentGO.AI claims to accelerate recruitment processes up to six times faster. The platform works by reading candidate patterns and context, rather than merely matching keywords. Consequently, candidates can be ranked according to their compatibility with position requirements, enabling more objective and efficient selection processes.

Beyond accelerating processes, the system also provides assessment transparency through competency indicators reviewable by recruiters. Additionally, TalentGO.AI benefits candidates by providing CV feedback and complimentary online interview practice features.

To address diverse company needs, offered services include:

  • AI-based independent screening

  • Sourcing and screening services

  • End-to-end solutions including premium headhunting

This service model is designed flexibly, particularly for SMEs, without subscription obligations.

“With technological assistance, manual and repetitive recruitment work can be shortened and simplified. However, decision-making authority remains with humans,” Valencia clarified.

Since its launch, the platform has been utilised by over 50 companies, supporting more than 130 active positions, and reaching over 30,000 candidates within its first three months. TalentGO.AI also reports that AI assessment alignment with recruiter standards ranges between 85-90 per cent, with manual evaluation mechanisms maintained to ensure final decisions remain in human hands.

“Through the model we offer, recruitment can transform from a lengthy administrative process into something more concise, enabling companies to focus more on developing their core business,” Valencia concluded.
